We don't call ourselves 'social gurus', and we'd even say no one can honestly call themselves a true expert - things change too quickly. However we are immersed in social media on a daily basis - it's our specialism and we work hard to stay ahead. We're living the constant changes from the platforms, following the emerging trends, and we gain insights and perspective from working with a wide variety of businesses and people.
Our background in marketing strategy allows us to understand how social fits within the broader marketing mix to meet business and marketing goals, without being sidetracked by just wanting to produce great content without purpose.
Depending on the nature of work we also have a network of skills to tap into, to make sure the right people are on the job.
Melinda parris
I've spent the past 10 years working in advertising agencies in New Zealand, Sydney and London. Working on a variety of local and global clients, I have had experience managing a full service of marketing comms including television, websites, digital and social media. Most recently, the last two years, I've spent specialising in strategy for social media in New Zealand.
Victoria Graves
I started in advertising at M&C Saatchi London shortly after it launched in 1996. I've since worked in London, Christchurch and Auckland for a number of agencies including Ogilvy, TBWA\, Colenso, 99 and Socialites. I've worked across all disciplines but have always veered towards digital and direct, which over the last few years has naturally led me to specialising in social media.
